No matter how hard you try, most people always end up at the same spot they were at 2 years ago when it comes to weight loss. Face it losing weight can be harder than you think right? Wrong!

Most people try something, find out it doesn’t work and are too demotivated to try another method.

This Hub page will give you some weight loss tips and some motivation to get to where you want to be with your weight.


Crazy Weight Loss Tip 1

If you feel like you are way too over weight (don’t worry I know the feeling) then you might need some assistance. I know eating healthy and exercising can be quiet hard for someone that doesn’t know where to start. So my first tip is to find a weight loss product. NO I am not selling you anything here! So don’t get me wrong!

What I want you to do is find a weight loss product that OFFERS A FREE TRIAL. Many out there offer a free 30 day trial so you won't be looking too hard.

Crazy Weight Loss Tip 2

This is where it gets crazy, find another free weight loss trial product and get that also. So you get the picture? You will be combining 2 weight loss products.

The second product that I want you to look out for is a Colon Cleanse. Both of them will help you lose weight but each product will target different parts of your body.

From my experience the Colon Cleanse had greatly reduce the fat around my thighs and waist.


Crazy Weight Loss Tip 3

Go for light walks around the block and start doing a little bit more movement around the house. Eventually you will build up to longer walk’s maybe even hitting the weights. It all takes time, don’t rush anything or else in a year’s time you will be in the same position you are at now.

Set your self some goals and write them down. Take small steps and before you know it, your weight will have melted right off you trust me I was over weight for most of my life.
