There are some people out there who are very techy. When it comes to their computer slowing down, they have no problem with fixing the problem. But if you are not someone who is advanced in the computer field you will find this issue a bit more troubling. If you want to be able to fix this problem then I suggest that you investigate into some of the best tricks and tips so that you can get your computer running smoothly with speed once again. Before you start this though, I advise you to read about 3 different factors that will affect your computers and learn how to solve them.

One of the most common causes of your computer slowing down is that of spywares. These are programs that are dropped into your computer’s system when you visit various websites. They do this so that they can spy on your surfing habits. Unfortunately, though, spyware is not illegal as long as it does not obtain any of your personal information such as credit card numbers. These spyware programs steal up a bunch of your computers RAM and they then infest your registry. They can eventually distort all of your files and folders and will overtime cause your computer to take longer to process your commands. Sadly, there is only one way that you can go about solving these problems. This is by using anti-spyware software programs. The good news is that these programs are not hard to obtain and don’t take long to install onto your computer. The most difficult thing about the software is that it is not cheap to buy. But just think, it’s cheaper to get the software than having to buy a whole new computer once yours fries.

Another thing that plays a huge role in the speed and performance of your computer is the registry. This one component is vital to your computer, but is one of the least common known parts. What is does is store all of the user login information and software information. The main issue that the registry faces is that the information on it cannot be removed. I’m sure that you can imagine the huge amount of clutter that is going on inside of the registry at this point, right?

Yet another thing that plays an important role in the performance of your computer are the things that you have on your desktop. Things such as wallpapers and specialty mouse pointers might seem small and unimportant, but they play a huge role. For example, a high-resolution wallpaper will affect your computers performance terribly. Therefore it is wise to keep your wallpaper simple. An animated mouse pointer will also make your computer take longer to load and start up. Specialty wallpapers and mouse pointers are not imperative to have on your computer so try to refrain from using such.

These are just some of the more common techniques that you can use to speed up your computer. Remember, though, the importance of doing regular check ups and you will be good to go!
