3 Major Ways to Increase Height
65Do you want to increase height? But you don’t know how? There are three ways to increase height: through diet, through sleep and through exercises. Apart from other advantages of these methods they are safe and useful to whole body and health.
First of all, diet. Increase consumption of vegetables, like carrots, broccoli, salad greens, green pepper; fruits, including oranges, lemons, apples, peaches. Avoid fat, deep-dried and sugar food, limit alcohol and caffeine intake. Drink a lot of water. Increase consumption of products rich in fiber, especially oatmeal, brown rice, whole wheat, beans, etc. Note, that you shouldn’t limit your meal by food mentioned above, your meal just should be balanced and healthy.
Sleep. Of course, need in sleep is different for every person. Some people sleep 5-6 hours and function properly, other need to sleep 9-10 hours per night. But these are not numerous cases, an average person needs 7-8 hours of sleep. By the way, don’t watch TV, eat, discuss something very emotionally, or play with children or pets in the bed, especially before bedtime. Your bed is only for sleep and sex.
Exercises. I think many of us have already heard enough about necessity of exercises. So just do some stretching and muscle-strengthening exercises every day.
These ways to increase height are much safer than drugs intake or surgery. Don’t hesitate.
You Can Grow Taller If You Want To
It doesn't matter if you've already spent a lot of money, time and efforts to grow taller but haven't got any success, or you only plan to do that: in both cases you should know that you really can grow a bit taller and there are some natural methods to do that. Scientifically speaking, these methods influence the secretion of the human growth hormone and thus they can help us to increase height by another inch or so.
Basically, there are two main ways of stimulating the production of the growth hormone: exercises and nutrition. As for the exercises the very first thing you should do is to make a lot of sprint runs in sharp short bursts. When you quickly give away a lot of energy, your body produces more growth hormone which means your legs are growing longer and you become taller as well.
Another thing you should constantly do is swimming. Go to a swimming pool and swim at least ten laps at a time. Swimming helps your body to relieve stress and relax your muscles, which can be helpful for your body growth. Another bonus from swimming is that while doing that you stretch your spinal bones and there are great chances that the new open spaces will be filled by growing bones. Is it a natural way of growing taller? I think, it is.
But the "exercise" part is not over yet. To further improve your chances for success you should stretch your back, which will help you to release tension in the back muscles and your body in general. Practice stretching at least 3 times a day. It's not that hard, but it will add up to your efforts and bring you closer to your goal.
Your diet is another important part in your "growing taller" game. Make sure that your body gets all the natural vitamins, minerals, and proteins it needs to create new cells and issues fast and easy. Eat more eggs, fruits, meat, and vegetables to boost up metabolism. This will not only give your body building blocks for new cells but also increase the secretion of human growth hormone, which will further increase your growth rate (or at least increase your chances to get taller) naturally.
