Why would you want to look great naked?
Why not? Not that I am advocating a return to the practice of streaking, but if the fad ever did catch on wouldn't it be great to have the best looking body out there. Besides we all have to look at ourselves naked from time to time and looking great while doing that would be a real esteem builder. Even if we ignore that obvious narcissism that I have fallen into here, health is another reason to look great naked. Having a body that looks great naked often means it is healthy, and healthy lean bodies lead to increased energy, increased happiness, better job performance, and a boost in self-confidence. Lean bodies also reduce the risk of certain kinds of cancer, diabetes, high-blood pressure, stroke, and heart-attack. Its hard to see a downside here in taking steps to look great naked.

Take an honest look at your body, this is the canvass on which you are about to create your masterpiece. What is it that you need to take away, and what is it that you need to add. For most of us the number one thing we need to take away is body fat!
You need a good diet plan that will blast fat from you frame. Good diets include:
- Excellent nutrition and a focus on thermionic foods, foods that stimulate your metabolism.
- Focus on what you eat and not so much on how much you eat.
- Include the proper amounts of water and sleep.

Lets face it, with out motivation you never get anywhere. But when you set goals and plans to achieve those goals you have won half the battle.
