How To Have The Best Day Ever!
The Key to coping with stress and having the best day ever is to have a stress free day. The three things you can do to have a stress free day is : #1 Love yourself #2 Smile More and #3 Learn to say "No"
#1 Love Yourself
Spending too much time changing yourself can be very stressful because you will always find fault with yourself. Instead of finding fault with yourself, learn to love who you are and all the things about you that makes you unique and special to the world. If you follow the media, you will continue to follow their standard of beauty which is you have to be tall and skinny. The truth is all of creation is beautiful, including you! People come in all shapes, sizes and colors.
#2 Smile More
Don't be a grouch! Smiling makes you happy as well as the people around you. When you smile, you are showing the world what you are radiating from inside. If you are having a stressful day, pull out a photograph of someone who makes you smile or remember events that make you smile. You can also keep a joke book around. Smiling relaxes you and helps decrease the tension.
#3 Say No
Say "no" more often. I find that many people are having a stressful day because they are taking on too much. A simple "no" would relieve them of their stress. Know when to say "no". If you are able to help another person out and it does not cause you to be over burden do so, but if you are not able to, it is okay to say "no".
The key to having the best day ever is "You have to make it happen". You can not wait on a person or an event in order to have the best day ever. You can have the best day ever by having peace and joy within. This is a great starting point, continue your journey by reading self-help books, relaxation tips, whatever it takes for you to discover your inner peace

What a week. We got the mess beat out of us at the Western Conference Duals. The guys we had on the mat did a great job, we just forfeit too many weights to be competitive in a dual meet format.
