The worst thing is that love handles are harder to get rid of than fat belly. However, if you follow the right weight loss techniques, you can still lose love handles and be happy. In this article I will tell you about five of those techniques:
Small meals are the way to go: Big meals only result in 'big', overweight bodies. If you want to have a leaner look, obviously you need to learn to eat 'small'. Now I don't ask you to starve for the purpose of losing weight. If you eat three large meals in a day, you can easily split it into six smaller meals and have each small meal every two or three hours. Similarly, instead of eating a large packet of chips at once, you can eat it in installments.
The big advantage of this 'small but frequent eating' technique is that since your body receives frequent food supply, it will keep your metabolic rate high at all times; when your metabolic rate is high, you begin to burn fat fast. Another advantage is that since your body receives food frequently, it doesn't feel any need to hoard energy in the form of fat. These are the reasons why this technique can help you get rid of love handles quickly.
Drink water before chips: Speaking of chips, they can augment your thirst. This is the reason why you should drink a glass of water before eating chips or any other salty foods.
Water also suppresses your hunger by a big margin. You might think that you have the appetite to eat a bagful of chips, but if you drink water first, you might realize that you were after all thirsty rather than hungry. Often, people tend to confuse thirst with hunger.
Snack with care: You need to take care of the kind of snacks you choose for yourself. People have a habit of snacking when watching TV or sitting in the theater. Now, I cannot tell you not to snack, but you can obviously exercise some caution when choosing your snacks. You should always pick up low-calorie snacks from the shop. Make sure to always check the label of the snack you buy and read its calorie content details!Don't fail even one more time with a crappy diet, get healthy instead and drop those pounds.
