Start with cooking the spinach

Cook spinach for a short time

Strain and then cut the spinach

Prepare spinach

Once the spinach is cooked, you can cut it into small pieces, so it gets much smoother later.

Nicely cut garlic and add it to spinach

Add garlic to spinach

Once you prepared spinach, cut garlic into very small pieces and add it to spinach...

Finish the preparation of spinach

Cook spinach until fully done

First put half a cup of oil to heat up, and then add a Tsp of flour. Heat it up for a minute or two until the flour integrates with oil. Once that's done, add spinach and garlic to it. Very quickly after that add 1 tsp of vegeta and also a cup of milk. Now heat it on medium, but keep mixing to avoid burning

Here is vegeta

Vegeta is dried vegetables spice, that gives a great taste to many meals and soups.

Start #2 with carrots

Now we start with a second course, which is beef steaks in nice vegetable sauce...

add lots of onion

add beef steaks

This meal goes great with veal, beef or chicken...

This vegetable sauce doesn't need tomatoes or to be very complicated... In my case, beef steaks needed a bit more time because of thickness, but you could go with veal schnitzel or chicken thighs. You want meat to melt in your mouth... Kids really love to dip the bread into this sauce, and then if the meat is tender and easy to eat, they can enjoy the whole meal.
