64Bra's that Fit
We've all seen it on Oprah, heard it on the news, or read an article in a women's magazine; most women are wearing the wrong size bra. But how do you know if you are or not? And just where do you buy a bra that isn't a standard size?
If you've lost or gained more than 10 pounds since your last bra purchase, chances are that your bra is the wrong size. If you are still wearing the same size bra you purchased in college, or before children, or you've 'just always been this size' then you could be missing out on the support that a properly fitting bra affords.
Does your bra....
- Leave your back or shoulders hurting at the end of the day?
- Leave red marks or gouges on the tops of your shoulders, around your ribs, or on the sides of your breasts?
- Slip up in the back, or feel loose at all?
- Do your straps constantly slip off your shoulders?
- Do you spill out the armpits, or out the top? Does your silhouette look as if you have 4 breasts, not 2??
- Does the center of your bra stand away from your body?
If any of the above describes you, then it is certainly time for a bra fitting. Most department stores offer this as a complimentary service and have trained bra fitting experts available to help you, or you do it yourself from home if you have a tape measure and know where to measure (there are plenty of pictorial measuring guides online).
Either way, having a bra that fits right will give your bust the support it needs, and create a more flattering line under your garments.
