Go for it, even if each of them brings in only a trickle of extra traffic, together it all adds up, the YouTube one has worked best for me by far:

It's all about the trickles I guess.

Heres a free tip....

(8) Submit your site to www.dmoz.org

Getting a useful site on dmoz isn't that hard. Most admins just don't check their pages very often. At the bottom of the category is the contact details of the category admin; send them a nice email asking if everythings ok. Most will add it straight away. Works like a charm

Love the way you set out your hub ,easy to follow and without lots of techie speak ,thankyou. No 17 on your list ,adding my link as a signature ,do I do that via mail options? Also Im having trouble figurin out how to place a 'sign up thingy' ( on my profile page). If you have get a minute can you maybe point me to some help . Many thanks. Ekiwi

Hi EagleKiwi, thanks for stopping by. In Googlemail, you just click on settings at the top-right, and there's a box about half-way down to enter your signature, if you don't use Gmail I would have thought there would be something similar look for an 'options' or 'settings' tab, shouldn't be too hard to find.

To make a HubPages sign up link I click on 'my account' then on 'URL Trackers' then just copy my 'tracking token' (should look something like '1yxf1ff4p22lt' and just add it to the end of the hubpages home page URL (web address) to create a link that looks like http://hubpages.com/1yze1gg3p11lr , I believe that there may be a more elegant way of doing this but that works just fine for me.

Hope this helps.

Well done on the mail signature, I think I did the sign up link wrong above, having been and checked it should be like the second link below, i.e has an underscore before the first digit of your affiliate token (see below) hopefully, that'll work for you once you've put that in (mine seems to now). :)

Hey EK, sorry for vanishing last night but I fell asleep, not sure what's going on with these links as mine seems to not be working now also, although it definitely was because I had 25 people sign up under me.

I'm trying to get us some advice in the forums at the mo, so will get back to you when/if I can figure out what's going on.
