You have to plan all your actions and make sure that you follow such plans. But to ease your mind a bit, you cannot plan for everything and therefore at some point you need to start taking action. You can plan your whole life without taking any action and by the time you put your head down for greener pastures, you might realize that at least you had a plan.

• The start-up entrepreneur must unfortunately handle several departments at the same time. This can change if the entrepreneur is willing to let go of some of the tasks. In order to attain your specific targets, you must know how to organize especially if you're handling several departments. Do the tasks you are good at and delegate those that take time and does not take your attention away from the reason why you've started that specific type of business.

• You must have control over all the aspects of the business. You need to make sure everyone is doing what they are supposed to do.
