Answer: Being 41 (or any age over 41) and Broke!

Listen up my friend (No matter how old you are)..... If your broke there's only one thing to say right now: I WILL DECIDE TO NEVER BE BROKE AGAIN!

YOU SAY: "I am not broke"....Ok, lets take a test

1. Do you have at least $25,000.00 in the bank?
2. If you had no income for the next 12 weeks how would that affect you?
3. Are you satisfied with your current lifestyle?
4. Have you in the last year borrowed money to pay bills, rent, mortgage, or food?

If your broke, admit it, and decide it is time to change, and turn your life around. It is not too late! You are still young enough to have a successul life, YOU CAN change your lifestyle and YOUR finances!

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE BROKE!

One thing you need to do RIGHT NOW is to decide that you need to make a change.

I started a business at home. And I have become very successful. I enjoy more time with my family, taking my kids on trips all over America seeing things other people only see in pictures. I could never have achieved this working for someone else. Working for a company only makes the company richer.

I decided that it was time to increase my bottome line. And the only way to do this was to create multible streams of income.

So, I looked for ways to build a RESIDUAL income.

Residual income is when you do something ONE TIME and get paid for it OVER AND OVER AGAIN. Here is just ONE business that was FREE TO get started and now has created wealth for me & my family.

Every business that I work has created an income that not only pays me again and again, but my checks continue to rise, with little or no effort of my own!

And it didn't take long, within a year I was paying all my bills working at home and I WAS MY ONLY BOSS!

Not everyone wants to work for themselves. Some folks want to work for someone else, some folks love their jobs, and that is ok. You can create a residul income at home by working a few hours a week.

HOW TO CREATE INCOME STREAMS AND RESIDUAL INCOME

1. You can open a business where ultimately people will work for you and you are the employer...they will create income for you, just like you create income for your employer.
2. YOU CAN WORK ONLINE AT HOME - there are many businesses you can start from home. Multi-Level Marketing, (Also known as Direct Sales, or MLM)
3. Become an affiliate marketer (like though clickbank.com or cj.com)

4. You can write here in HUBPAGES: The more original and useful the more people will visit your site. HOPE THAT PEOPLE WILL CLICK ON THE LINKS TO GOOGLE ADSENSE, EBAY, AND AMAZON. This will create income for you over and over again. Of course the liklihood that you will make a lot of money is not good. But you will make extra income.
5. You can write poetry, songs, books, eBooks, etc. and work hard to publish them, when and if they sell, you will make a residual income.

Whatever you do you must first take these steps:
