On of my friend's father have passed away recently due to heart attack. So I quickly though to write down some First Aid from my inbox  to help you handle it yourself.

Lets say evening 6.15pm you are driving back home from your work (obviously alone) after an unusual hard day of work.Your really tired and hectic...

You are stressed and weak..

Suddenly you start experiencing severe pain on you chest that starts to radiate into your arm and up into your jaw.Your are only 5 miles away from the hospital nearest to your home.Unfortunately you dont know weather you'll make it that far..

What to do?

You have been trained in CPR.But the guy who taught you didnt teach you how to perform it on yourself!

How to survive a hear attack when alone?

Since morst of the people are alone when suffering heart attack, without help, whose heart is beating improperly , who beging to feel faint, have only 10 seconds left for losing his consciousness..

What to do?

Answer:

Do Not Panic. Start choughing repeatedly and vigorously.

Take a deep breath before each cough, the chough must be deep and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest.

A breath and a chough must be repeated about every two seconds without giving up until help arrives or the heart starts beating back normally!

Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movement squeeze the heart and keep the blood circulating. The squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain the normal rythm. In this way, heart attack victims can get to a hospital!

Tell as many people as possible about this!It could save someones life!

Dont think that you are not prone to heart attack just because your age is less that 25 or 30 . The change in lifestyle and diet have made it affect on people of every age groups.

Have a Healthy Day!
