Some ideas and pointers on 4th of July games

Fourth of July marks the independence day of USA and that means a lot of patriotic fervor to it. As parents of the kids or the teachers of the kids you will need to have a lot of activities around the Fourth of July theme so as to get the kids to know the meaning of the Fourth of July and also use this as a learning event with fun and activities.

The onus for creating the activities and then engaging the children on those definitely lies with you.

Here are the ideas that can be there

Have a Fourth of July party at your home or arrange one the common neighborhood ground. In that party have treats which are all stars and stripes. Then you can organize a coloring page competition or you can have the crafts making competition around the main theme of patriotism and Fourth of July.

At the party give each kid a lot of stars stripes stickers to use in the crafts and the fun games.

Get a Fourth of July jigsaw puzzle for the kids to play with.

In the party let the kids sing a patriotic poem of their choice. Another wonderful idea is to have the neighborhood kids gather and decorate their bikes with patriotic colors.

Have a Fourth of July quiz in the party and it will help get some good fun.

Organize a march to the patriotic beat and have each kid wear a red,Blue and white colored dress.

Making the Fourth of July craft is a good way to engage everyone in the event. Alls aid it will take a lot of planning to get the Fourth of July party for the kids going.

I would suggest that you use the materials like printables, clip art and the coloring pages that are available on the internet as a way to get some free things to distribute to the kids.

Also there are a lot of ideas that are there available on the internet so use those to have some good fund at the Fourth of July celebrations
