Fourth of July is all about the patriotism and the declaration of independence. That said there are celebrations and events that happen at all place to mark the day. There are various easy ways in which you can also have the same sort of celebration though on a smaller scale.

Set the blue gelatin and then pour cream over it and then use the set strawberry gelatin over it and then again use the unflavored gelatin over the strawberry one. The trick is that within each layer you can have the sour cream to add the white.

You can this into any shape that you desire. Though I did not have much success with the cutting as it can prove to very much dangerous and the whole set pieces of jello can go waste.

Another good appetizer is the red white and blue chicken tender pieces. You can use the food color to color the chicken pieces though you can use the red and the white dressing like the barbecue sauce, ranch dressing and the Bleu cheese dressing.

As appetizers you can also the fruits cut in and mixed in a bowl. These fruits can be the red color (Strawberry), blue color (will have to use the dark colored grapes) and white use the pear cut pieces. Mix the in a bowl and it will nearly a good patriotic combination.
