My Guide To The Best Free Online Kung Fu Fighting Games

I love playing free online games, and I actually have my own blog which about them, and I also have a great love for kung fu and therefore kung fu games which are amongst my favourites, so this hub is my personal pick of the very best online games which involve kung fu fighting. Of course this is subjective, so feel free to tell me why I'm wrong in the comments box, or to make your own suggestions, but I do hope that you will enjoy playing these fun flash games.

Rely on Relics - A Jackie Chan Adventures Game

Jackie Chan is one of the most popular martial arts movie stars of all time, but the jackie Chan brand extends much further than just the movies, into cartoons and of course games. This is quite slick and professionally produced for a free flash game, and you can tell that it is part of a major brand rather than just the creation of a lone geek in his bedroom. Anyone who has seen the Jackie Chan cartoons will recognise the graphics and style of them in this game.

Basically this is a platform fighting game where you run around colecting things and killing the bad guys. Compared to most platform games there are quite a few different attacking moves and combinations, so there is plenty to get your teeth into and you can keep learning new stuff rather than geting bored after 5 minutes. The only drawback really is that learning and using the advanced moves doesn't neccessarily give you an advantage over just bashing the buttons, but you can't expect miracles from a free online games so I am still rating this one as my to pick

KungFu Remix

This remake of the classic Nintendo 8-bit game, which has been updated in flash format with a new soundtrack, additional moves and new enemies and bosses, is really great fun to play. But I have to admit that one of the maino reasons it made it onto my top list is pure nostalgia. If you remember playing this game when it first came out then this remix has just the right mix of original and new content to be delightfully entertaining.

Kung Fu Statesmen

It's been around for a little while now, so the charaters (like Tony Blair) aren't quite as current as they once were, but I still love this game. You choose between a selection of British politicians and fight it out in a platform adventure which includes various humorous political references.

Kung Fu Hustle

I like this one mainly because its a bit unusual. Rather than having you and your enemies facing each other directly and fighting, you are swinging around on a rope punching and kicking when they come within your reach. You may get bored of it quite quickly, but its great fun for a few minutes.

Kung Fu Fighter

This one on one kung fu fighting game starts off with just basic punching and then opens up various special moves and combos as you beat different opponents.  It's fairly basic really, but it's also quite hard and quite addictive, so it can end up keeping you occupied for hours.
