I've searched the net and played all of the free Ninja games that I could find, and here is my pick of the best 5 out of them all. I hope you will enjoy playing these fun free flash games, but if you think you know a better game then please don't hesitate to leave a comment, and include a link if you like.

This is definitely my top pick from all of the free Ninja games, becuase of the variety of game play. It's a platform game with various interesting puzzles to solve to figure out how to take the next step forwards, as well as a good range of different sword fighting moves that you can use to dispatch your enemies. my only real criticism is that it's pretty short, so just as I was really getting into it I found that I had completd the whole thing.

This is a fast paced shooting game where you have a continuously scrolling screen and a cascade of enemies coming down at you. Your task is to avoid crashing into your enemies, kill them with your shuriken throwing stars, and collect various power-ups as you go. It starts off fairly easily, but gets hard fast as you work your way through the various 'belts'; I've played this one quite a few times and still not managed to get to black belt. It's very addictive, but be warned - you will get a sore finger from clicking the mouse button!

Tower defense games have always been amongst the most most popular free online games, and the Ninja vs Pirates take on it has always been amongst the most popular of its kind. Place various types of ninja around your territory to protect yourself from waves of pirates coming to attack you, with the aim of surviving for as long as possible.

If you can see past the crude graphics this is actually a really fun little game. Complete various taks and puzzles to make your way through the levels, using a suprisingly playable combination of keyboard and mouse commands.

Take control of the diminutive Ninja to collect scrolls, fight your enemies and progress through the levels.  This is a platform game, and you have 2 weapons - throwing stars and a sword which you can use to slash or stab with. Nice graphics, quite playable.
