Soy beans contain absolutely NO cholesterol! Cholesterol is specific to animals ONLY. There is no plant source of cholesterol on this planet! Plants contain phytosterols.

Also, soy is a significant source of phytoestrogens, having an antagonistic effect in testosterone. Monks used to use soy to help devirilize themselves. Fiber plays no role in digestioon whatsover. Fiber is useful in clearing wastes and fat from the intestinal tract, though. The intestines proceed the stomach, therefore are only involved in the assimilation of nutrients.

Oh yes, I do like the bit about 8 ounces of water a day, and the body is over 80% water, not 70%. 8 ounces= 1 glass. Plenty of water?
