What are the 5 Essentials?
Essential 1: Minimize your exposure to toxins
Toxins such as drugs, house cleaning products, certain types of food and surgery have a negative effect on our bodies. To avoid suffering from disease and preventing them is not so simple as a good diet with exercise. These toxins invade our bodies and eventually make us more sick - instead of the picture of good health that we all strive for!
Essential 2: Maximize nerve supply
It is a popular concept to think that just poor nutrition, stress or lack of exercise interfere with your overall health and well-being - but your spine plays a HUGE part in your health and how your overall body functions!
Essential 3: Maximize the quality of your nutrition
Every cell in your body is made up of what you ingest, so if you lack quality, natural foods you will lack the essential nutrients that your body needs for normal function and overall health.Think about what the modern diet is made up of - convenient, processed and chemical laden foods from places such as fast-food restaurants or microwavable dinners (some even claim to be healthy)!

They are called "Essentials" because each one is essential in living a full, healthy life. And each is a minimum of what you should do to keep the cells in your body in top shape and replicating normally for optimal body function.
Why are all 5 necessary?
You may already be working on one or more of the essentials (maybe you are exercising and working on your diet), but to truly experience your health potential and to live a long, joyful, fulfilling life you must address all five essentials. For example, you might eat healthy, and exercise, but how do you handle your personal time and stress in your life? Stresses in your life and that diet soda you are drinking effect your health...and not in a good way.
You don't need to perfect each essential but to practice and implement them in your life, which will give you the best chance to experience what many of us want, to live our lives to the max!
