5 Tips to build Six Pack Abs successfully
78Six-pack abdomen - every man who dreams of getting a beautiful woman wants to get a six-pack abdomen. Is it true that women are attracted to men who have a six-pack abdomen? Probably not, because in that case, all the fat people would remain single forever - wouldn't they?
When it comes to marrying, women are worried about the financial status of a man more than the physical fitness. Wait, that is a not-so-true statement. To certain extent, women like their men to have a good healthy body, fitness level that at least would satisfy their 'needs'. But, women don't like to hang out with a man who has a belly fat or a big stomach.
So, it is vital that every man should work on their fitness levels to look good, and perform good. To do this, a man need to work out for 24 hours - 7 days a week. A simple routine workout for a small time every day followed with a controlled diet will do wonders. Here are five tips on how to gain a six-pack abdomen within a short period of time.
1. Understand your body:
Have you understood your body first? Because, every one is unique and every body is special, not one method will work for everyone. For first few weeks, observe your body. some people would gain muscle quickly, some remain as such forever even if they eat more. This is why the diet plans do not work for everyone.
2. Eat right:
Have a diary and note down what you eat, how that makes you feel. Yes, note down how it feels to eat a bag of chips and how it feels when you eat a vegetable salad. When do you feel light and strong? Some food makes you tired, some food makes you strong. Have you seen a food pyramid? You should eat the food according to the food pyramid. You should eat more of what forms the base of the pyramid. 3. Fall into a routine:
Start a routine brisk walk around your neighbourhood. Join a walking group in your neighbourhood. When you have some friends to talk to, you will not miss the routine. For some people, even getting up at a particular time is so tough. So, do not waste your money in a GYM membership at first. Practise your routine for 3 weeks, and it will become a habit. Then, you can expand your routine to include more workouts.
4. Visualise your success:
Cut out a ideal six-pack picture from a magazine and stick your ''head shot'' and stick somewhere in the mirror. Ideally, the bathroom mirror. Whenever you see the picture, you should visualise how happy you will be when you achieve the result. Think of how your neighbours /colleagues will congratulate you. Think of how many women will ogle at your new look. Your visualisations should be powerful and you should do it on a daily basis. Because, what you can imagine, you can achieve without fail.
5. Get help from experts:

The ordinary people would fail, because they do not have access to the knowledge and lessons that an expert has.
