1. Treat your car well! The better you maintain and take care of that
vehicle of yours, the more fuel efficient it will be! A car that is
not maintained properly will eat up more gas.

2. Avoid stop and go traffic when possible. This can be hard going to and
coming home from work, but idoling is wasting money and time. You are
spending money on gas that gets you nowhere, which is no fun for you or
your wallet.

3. See if your job lets you work from home. If you can, this can be a
great opportunity for you to save tons of money on gas. The problem is,
you may gain another problem in return: how to work from home! It's
harder then it sounds.

4. Purchase a fuel efficient car. Sure, they may not look as awesome as
that large gas guzzler you had your eyes on, but your wallet sure won't
look awesome after buying it! Invest in a hybrid vehicle and save a lot
of money down the road.

5. Carpool when you can. Get some of your coworker friends in on a carpool,
and watch how much money (and stress) you can save every day.
