5 Ways to Make Money on the Internet
62I have always been a 9 to 5 worker. I was almost set into my daily routine when a weird thought came to me. If there was this option of living a second life on the Internet would it be possible to have a second income over the Internet? And thus began my search for something which would keep feeding me even if I was to lose my 9 to 5.
As I scourged the Internet I found a lot of interesting ways to earn money over the net. You do not have to be exceptionally talented to be able to earn decent money over the Internet. Of the many ways I found below are the best five ways not in any particular order:
1. Google Adsense:
This is Google's advertisement program. If you have a website or a blog you can register with Google's Adsense program. Create the custom ad that will look good on your page and submit to get the code. Paste the code in your page or blog and Google will start displaying ads on your page. There are different earnings to be made for different types of ads. Google will send you a check for your earnings.
2. Fotolia:
If you have photography as a hobby Fotolia is the place for you to go. Sell your photos for a fee if they pass the validation. Each time a photo is sold you get paid.
If you are generous enough you may also opt to move the photograph to the free section if it gets rejected to be paid.
3. CafePress:
CafePress sells T-shirts and other stuff with custom made designs. And if you are good at slogans, designs or even photos you can sell them here for a fee. CafePress gives you the option of having a premium shop (which comes for a fee) and a free shop (which is only one page). You can then promote your designs using their news letter or advertise on your page or blog.
4. Associated Content:
Are you good at writing? If you are then this is the place for you. Associated content is a content producer and seller and you help them produce the content. Each article that you submit is scanned manually and hence takes about two weeks to publish. You may also sell your article with exclusive, non-exclusive or view only license. If you are good enough with your stuff you can make more than $3000 a month.
5. Clicknwork:
Clicknwork is basically a full fledged company which recruits people to work from home. So if you are an expert at something this is the right place for you. They even have jobs such as web searchers which involves searching research matter on the Internet. The catch here is your resume is scanned manually and you have to appear for a pretty tough test to qualify.
So go ahead and break away from your 9 to 5. Who knows one of the above may be your calling.
