5 ways to save Gasoline
48Gasoline saving tips
Gas prices are not stopping! So if you are planning to keep driving, it might be very important how to save some money in gasoline.
1. Do not drive. If you can walk to your work place, try to hold your breathe a bit in order to save energy everyday. Hiking to a short distance store or restaurant is not that difficult.
2. Drive gently. Try to slow down in your driving even if you are in a hurry.
3. Check your car's problem. Car is like a person's body also, it needs check up or tune up to work properly. Do not ignore any signs of malfunction in your vehicles because it will worsen the problems. Bringing your car to the auto mechanic will keep your car energy efficient.
4. Buy energy efficient cars. If you can afford to buy a car that can run less gasoline like hybrid it would be great.
5. Fuel alternatives. Use any fuel alternatives to help you save gasoline. Did you hear of this so called water and gasoline combination? Try to check if your car insurance will agree with this type of alternative energy to run your car. I'm not sure if this water for gas works but there are many claims that it does work for their cars.

Number 5 is a horrific idea, those water2gas things are snake oil like anti-science. The best way to improve your gas mileage without buying a new car is to inflate your tires to a pound or two over what your CAR manufacture recommends (not the tire max pressure on the side of the tire) and to stop romping on it when you accelerate.

It may seem like shameless self promotion, but it's actually TRUE (if you can read between the lines of humor and satire). I just can't let these hubs promoting that garbage go without piping in. If the spammer carpet baggers don't delete my comment, well, it only proves how little attention they pay to what they say.
