OK, in this hub we are going to look at the off line world. Do you know there are 90% of people out there who have never heard of a "blog" or "social network"? Yes, only about 50% of people have access to Internet and they use it to send and receive emails. How do you intend to reach such a untapped market?

Your potential business lies with these 90% people who are yet to begin the web exploration beyond emails. It is a great challenge to reach these people and I list few tips and ideas that may come handy in reaching them with your hubs. You can not discount this people, as they will be join the bandwagon sooner or later. Better, let them be on your side, and I will show some tricks to do that.

Yes, what you heard is right, you CAN make money blogging. Not millions but a few hundred dollars a month. If you would like to know how, I would highly recommend this Blogging to Bank tutorial.

41. Ask your friends and family members to join. When they agree, send them a signup link that includes your unique referral URL tracker.

42. Write your hub page profile URL in a public notice board. No spamming, you can use a neat written post-it notes.

43. Write a classified ad in a newspaper or a magazine targeting home-based moms who have plenty of free time and willing to make money. Introduce them to hub pages, you have done a good job and will earn a good amount of referral link.

44. Buy a simple domain such as "bestarticlesonweb.com" and set a mask forward to "http://hubpages.com/author/shailini/best/" with your referral URL embedded. Now, you can simply give your friends an easy domain name that they would never forget. You can post this URL on a public notice board. In this way, people will come to see your best hubs and they would be inclined to signup for hubpages.

45. Keep a simple note in the library books. You can write your hubpage profile URL on a tiny paper and keep it within the borrowed library books and so, you can do an offline marketing campaign. But, it is wrong to write or scribble anything on public books.

On Currency Notes? In some countries such as USA, people can even scribble on Currency Notes, but the same is not allowed in India. I have seen people using the Currency Notes to publicize their blog / website URLs. You can do it, if you can.

46. Write Postcards. One of my friend used to exchange postcards with pen friends and people always love to receive picture post cards. You can include your hub page profile URL on the back of the card.

You can even prepare a rubber stamp and use a colored ink to print it.

47. Print Businesscards. If you are serious about a writing career and want to work from home, why not advertise using real business cards. I have heard that few printing companies such as SuperPrint and VistaPrint print and ship 250 business cards for FREE (just you need to pay the shipping costs).

If you do not want to spend even that money, you can download the Business Card templates (choose from 100 free designs) - fill them, print and laminate them which will still look good. Of course, you will include your hubpages URL to showcase your best writings to yoru customers. Won't you?

48. Talk to your friend and colleagues. You can do a pep talk on hubpages to your friends and colleagues who are interested in earning money by writing. It is a good hobby for all the moms who have to stay at home and look after their kids. You can help your colleagues who would like to earn some extra cash. What a better way to attract fans for you?

49. Train your kids for writing essays. As a kid, I used to practise writing many essays and short stories to improve my English. In those days, there were no computers and I had to use a pen and notebook. Your kids are lucky and you can ask them to type in essays on a specific topic with Microsoft Word and you can borrow those essays and publish them here. In this way, they can earn their own pocket money. It is a better way to improve their writing skills, right?

50. Write an article for a local daily. All the local daily newspapers are constantly looking for new ideas and articles. Why dont you share your experience of writing for hubpages and what you gained out of it. You can write a tutorial on how to start writing for hubpages showcasing your own examples. This is a great way to reach majority of your offline audience and who knows you could get a job as a freelance journalist in yor local daily.

If you are going to publicize your hubpage profile in to the offline world, your hubpage URL (such as http://hubpages.com/profile/shailini )could be a lot confusing for your readers and it is hard to spell everything. Instead, buy a domain name from Yahoo Domains which will cost $9.95 a year.It is a worthy investment and you need not worry about hosting plans or monthly charges (because you are simply forwarding an URL to your hubpage profile).

Register a simple domain such as "http://prohubber.com" and set a forward-to-domain your profile URL with unique tracker. So, when anyone types prohubber.com in the browser''s address bar, it will actually take them to your profile page as you have set the domain forward. You can check Yahoo FAQ section for a detailed tutorial on how to set a domain forward. Set it and forget it thing. It is a big relief for sharing your profile link, best of all it has my unique URL tracker embedded into it and if someone signs up after looking at my profile page, it brings in more referral traffic. How good is that?

In case, if you are trying to register that prohubber.com, it is a bit late. I have registered that cool domain name which means "a professional hubber" or simply "prohubber" in short and I hope I would make some justice to the domain name. Go and search for some domain name at Yahoo Domains , you may find a good one. Good luck.
