Poem---Alviso Queen by MA Johnson 9-6-75
A lady dressed in yellow
With frills of white lace
She really charms a fellow
With her steadfast look of grace.
She'll float upon the ocean blue
She'll sail without a care
Her heart beats with love that's true
As the ocean wind blows through her hair.
Stars sparkle in her eyes
As the moonbeams light her face
Underneath the gliddering skies
Is a Lady; you 'll want to trace.
When to you she opens her heart
You feel secure and warm
Knowing that she'll never part
And last through every storm.
We sailed her, we cooked in her galley, we caught fish and ate them readily, she took a trip to Hawaii and back, she never failed. What a trip life can be. G-Ma :O)
