Eat at least 5 serves of vegetables and 2 serves of fruit a day. These are healthy foods low in calories, which helps keep the body's weight. They are also full of minerals and vitamins and high in fiber to help maintain a stable level of sugar in the body so that there will not want to junk food.

The worst thing about these foods is that most of them contain trans fats which is the worst of all fats.
