1) Being A "Yes" Person
Saying yes to every request that comes your way is sure to bring plenty of stress your way. You try to be nice to people but they take advantage of you. So now you are the go person that ferries all the neighborhoods kids to soccer, you are the one who says yes to all the requests from your boss, also you’re the person that goes to parents meetings at school, help baby-sit your neighbors kids on your day off! Gee this has to stop.
How to fix it
You need to take care of yourself because no one else will do it but You. Just say No politely, you don’t have to bring past issues about the kids driving crazy. Put it this way, Mrs. Martins, “I would love to watch Mike tonight while you go see movie but I have other plans”. Don’t give any explanation its your time.If the person does not like the answer, well that is their problems not yours.
2) Money issues
Being is a financial mess can really bring down the house. With other stress factors added to this, will stress a person even more. Money stress will make you loose sleep, be restless and make you a very unhappy person.
How to fix it
If you are in a position to work, get extra work, any decent work that brings money. It does not matter whether at your local store bagging. Any little money will count. This is one of those things that you have to do what you have to do scenarios.

3) Not Having Enough Sleep
Not having enough sleep will enhance your stress. Will make it bigger problem down the line. Sleep is very important to our body including our immune systems. Lots of people only get 4 hrs of sleep. Our bodies need at least 7-8 hrs of sleep for adults. Drinking 10 cups of coffee will not make up for the missed sleep.
How to fix it
First find out why you are not getting enough sleep. Then put down your cell phone, stay away from your computer when its time to go to sleep. Also seek counseling because this will end up costing you in the future. Studies have shown that getting enough sleep will help you look younger and feel better even live longer.
4) Having A List of Do To List Longer Than Giants Stadium
I know we all have a lots of things to do nowadays with our lives so we try to have some cramp everything into a very short time. This will stress us even more if we don’t accomplish it and see it as a weakness.
How to fix it
Divide you calendar into short time goals and long time goals
Spread your work through out the week. Don’t try to do everything on sat and sun.

5) Your Work
A lot of us who have to report to work daily can have more stress than others. First unless you’re telecommuting, the traffic will stress you even before you get to work. Work can be stressful if you have too many projects to do e.g. meeting that dateline, having lots of meetings to attend, and dealing with clients demands.
How to fix it
Spread out your vacation time, so that you can get away more often. Don’t wait until November to take your 4-8 week vacation. This might not do much good because for 10 months you will go crazy before you are due for your vacation.
If you are getting too much work from your boss, you have to learn to say that you have enough work for day or week. Don’t stay at the office finishing the projects while your boss is having a good time with his buds at the after work club.
Don’t eat lunch at your desk. That work piled at your can wait. Walk away from your desk.
Just say no. If you are chicken enough to say no, then don’t blame anyone. But make sure to ask for extra raise at end of year. But remember peace of mind is better that going crazy and ending up with depression or worse. Its your choice.

6) Your Family
Your family can really stress you for many reasons, e.g. you are doing everything by yourself, including cooking, cleaning, pickup around the house, doing grocery shopping. This is lot of work for one person.
How to fix it
Delegate, delegate, your family is in this with you. That is why is a family. So share the work around the house. If your kids are young, teach them how to pick their toys and pickup their rooms. Both parents should participate with house choirs like cleaning, cooking, grocery shopping, and helping kids with homework. I don’t care whether you are stay at home mom or dad, the work needs to be distributed.
You need time alone to relax, read a book, watch your favorite movie, take a brisk walk etc.
7) Not Eating Well
When you don’t eat well, you will likely too skinny, or gain weight or develop some disease like diabetes. This can be stressful because of bad habits and now you are paying the price for it. Especially if you are doing nothing to improve the situation.
How to fix it
Start eating healthy by choosing your food careful. Avoid fast food
Seek professional help from your dietician if you cannot do it by your self
