Install a Pool Safety Fence for Your Child

Of course the number one reason is to avoid the single most terrible nightmare that a parent can experience. The loss of one's own child is a life shattering and tragic event -- but it would be made all the worse if it's caused by your own negligence. If you have a pool and you do not have a Pool safety fence, please install one now for your own peace of mind.

Install Pool Fencing for Other Children

Other peoples' children are another great reason to make sure that your swimming pool is properly secured. Pool fencing will prevent curious children who happen to glimpse your pool while walking home from school from jumping in for a quick dip. It also protects smaller children who may accidentally fall in while walking near your pool. Obviously if they're unable to swim thye would immediately be in deep trouble.

We would all to live in a world where people respect each other's property. It was certainly make things easier. We would have to lock our car when we leave it in the grocery store parking lot, none of us would need home alarm systems and we wouldn't have to put a fence around our pool.

Unfortunately, especially those of us who live in urban areas are more fully developed suburbs have to treat vandalism is a real concern. In its least despicable form it may simply be neighborhood kids popping your applicable pool toys. Its most threatening manifestation could be spray painted gang signs on the concrete around your pool. Make it a little harder for these animals to get to your property and set up a swimming pool fence.

Legal Concerns of Pool Fencing

Failure to properly secure a dangerous installation like a swimming pool will be seen as negligence. Most municipalities nationwide that have regulations in place requiring that Swimming pools fences be installed.

If someone is hurt or God forbid drowns in your swimming pool and you have not followed local regulations, expect to face criminal charges as well as a hefty lawsuit from the unfortunate's family.

Reckless Adults

e've all got one in our neighborhood. He's little too loud on Friday night at the party, and a little too wacky and his personal behavior. You don't want him and his latest squeeze slipping into your yard at 2 AM for a quick skinny dip. First off, he's likely to be under the influence and may slip and hit his head on your concrete pools around. Secondly, you'll want to hear a noise and come outside in the middle of the night to find yourself testing the "shrinkage" theory of George Costanza.

A Pool Safety Fence for Your Pets

Just as other People's kids sometimes run wild, so to their pets. Nothing like relaxing in the pool, sipping a mixture and quality float around only to have the neighbor's pit bull hop into the water with this. Worse, your or someone else's pet could fall in and drown.

The Pool Fence Will Keep Out Wild Animals

Nature is a beautiful thing. But it's not a beautiful thing in your pool. Believe me, your guests don't want to swim alongside raccoon poop. Put a fence around your swimming pool and keep the critters out.

Theft

Many of us have turned our swimming pools into outdoor entertainment areas. In addition to all the standard pool toys, swimming pool floats and furniture we have all kinds of electronic gadgets in our pool area. A swimming pool fence will not keep a determined thief away from your property, but it will make it a little harder for him to do the deed and act as at least a mild deterrent.

Well, I hope that after reading my seven reasons to install a pool fence, you've come to the same conclusion that I have. It's simply a no-brainer.
