7 Simple Steps to Marketing Success with Abunza
49If you've ever tried to make money online you're one of two people. Either you have a big smile on your face and love every aspect of this complex and ever changing business... OR... the very mention of the term causes you to shudder like a bad Tequila memory you wish you never had.
WORK THE WEB... DON'T LET IT WORK YOU!
To truly make money online, you have to be willing to learn some basics. Not how to use HTML and make complex website, but how the internet works, who calls the shots and how you can get in with the cool kids. Google, YouTube, Aweber, MySpace, Facebook and yes HubPages are all important tools. You should know how they basically work, but more importantly, how to inter-connect them. If you can build your own web within the web, then your stickyness factor goes up and you start catching flies. (OK.. horrible analogy, you're not a fly.. but you get the picture.) Once you have that, then you're ready to go to market with a system or product.

Chances are you've already heard of Abunza or maybe you're even a member. In that case there's only one thing that matters and that's how to get your Abunza Business producing.
Here are 7 things you can do to improve your Abunza Marketing results.
1. Seriousity
Take your business seriously!
You'd be amazed how many people THINK they do but in reality don't do much. Just because you CAN work in your underwear, doesn't mean you Should! Be clear with yourself and realistic about your time. How much time did you ACTUALLY spend working yesturday? Be honest now. How many minutes were spent on the phone, daydreaming, doing dishes or otherwise not spent on forward progress. (For example, people who have their home page set to a news site like CNN spend an average of 25 minutes a day surfing those sites! That's about 3 hours a week!)
Here's a good rule of thumb... Desire does not equal work ethic.
Wanting to be successful is important, but it's only part of the equation. Don't just want success... work success. Put that positive force into motion. I put in at least 8 hours everyday 5-6 days a week. (My wife and I take one day for ourselves every week to enjoy our beautiful Hawaii and recharge the batteries). That doesn't mean that we work 9-5.. quite the opposite. But if we do start work after lunch, we don't quit until after midnight either! If you never showed up to your J-O-B, would you expect a paycheck at the end of two weeks? Be honest.....
2. Don't go Crazy... Get Mentor!
Work with the right people. Simply powerful.
Choosing the right people to work with at the very beginning is one of the best ways to catapult your Abunza Internet Business Success. When it comes to online marketing, everyone stands on the shoulders of everyone else. Even now, we "copy" our favorite mentors (and they theirs) because what they do works. Don't waste time re-inventing the wheel. Find people who are doing what you want to do and living the way you want to live, learn their habits, duplicate them and add your own blend of seasoning. We have our own unique style and skills and we're working a plan that fits us. Immitation is not only the sincerest form of flattery... it's a critical way to build your business. Work what works.
3. Get Organized! Every season has a reason for being, and so too must your workday. Divide your day into realistic portions. You don't have to punch a clock just be punctual on the clock that works for you. Let's face it.. for a lot of people.. Lunch is Breakfast. Maybe that's one of the reasons why you want to work from home. (no one's gonna tell me I can't have pancakes at 1pm!) Great. Chow down! Just be sure that you also have planned time that focused and substantial. Divide larger Goals into smaller ones and give them deadlines. The more of these deadlines you meet the better your patterns become and the more you accomplish.
Know your Day and Plan your Play.
Will you work part time or full time? What do you need to do in the morning vs the afternoon? When will you take your lunch break and for how long? When are the Webinars you need to listen to and how long are they? When will the house work get done and who's going to do it? How much time will you spend with your loved ones today? When will you sleep and go to the gym to stay in shape? Your list may be longer, shorter or completely different, but make one you must! You only have 24 hours everyday to accomplish what's needed, so organize your time efficiently. Remember, you are the captain. You need to know your ship, the waters you're traveling and where your destination is.
4. Scratch that Niche! (Do Your Due Googlegence)
People who are successful online don't just hit the jackpot. They're not counting on luck. They are successful because they focus well, research their market and satisfy and need. Define your target audience and niche market you're tyring to speak to. You need to identify WHO you are trying to reach, WHAT it is they are looking for and then satisfy that demand. Get inside their Skin and think like they do. What are their emotional triggers? If you were them what would you be looking for? Good Homework Leads to good systems. If you want to be ranked at the top of google for your topic (and who doesn't?) Research Google and other search engines to see who is at the top? What kinds of words and phrases are they using? What needs or questions are they addressing? What language and style do they use? In actuality, keeping up with your competition is a fun and critical thing to do and you'll learn a lot. Consistent, planned actions over a longer period of time are how you will win the golden ticket.
5. Rush Hour Romance (Generate Traffic)
You can have the best website in the world with all the latest and greatest things or have the best idea in the world but if you don't have people coming to view your website nothing is going to happen. Don't build your store on a dusty one lane road, put it on the interstate where millions can see it! You have to make sure that you drive tons of quality traffic to your Abunza website without going broke doing it. Video marketing is taking off right now and a great way to get noticed. Integrate your YouTube videos with your blog and your MySpace page and the magnetism grows. Qualifying your visitors is critical.
Write. Nothing will generate more consistent results than writing. Find your inner voice and have at the keyboard. Every word, every article and blog, is one more thread in your own personal web. The more you have the bigger the web you weave and the more you catch.
6. Hubba, Hubba, Hubba... Who do ya Trust! Now that you are going to have visitors you need to be a good host! Building solid relationships with your prospects from the word go is extremely important! That starts by thinking like them and understanding where they are coming from and ends by you satisfying that need and being your word. Understand, Incentivize & Be Truthful in all your dealings. Treat your prospects how you want to be treated and you will develop a solid base of credibility, friendships and confidence in what you are doing. Successful marketing integrates across a wide spectrum and starting off by lying or make false promises will boomerang back on you. Even if you have the best intentions, it can still happen easier than you think (remeber only 24 hours in a day and you can get behind if you're not organized.) Not being your word, or pretending to be someone or something that you're not is a sure way to sink your boat. Don't lose your long term profits for percieved short term gain.
7. There is no "I" in Network!
MySpace, YouTube and FaceBook are great examples of how the internet is transforming the way we communicate. It's also sweeping through the world of internet business. Develop a cohesive web presence that touches a lot of bases and let those interested in you and your passions seek you out. If you want anyone to join your Abunza business, this is a must! Your prospects need to understand, like and trust you. Building your Community & Maintaining your Network is the Key. You need and want a community of like minded people around you. The more people you help to succeed, the greater your abundance will become and the more fun you will have. Your refferals (which is the best form of marketing) will grow, your pitch becomes easier and your longevity more solid. Using these techniques is a must if you are to gain any traction online. Do them not and you will continue to wonder why nothing is working. Do them well and that Vacation may well become a new way of life.
