Here I am going to give you 8 tips on how to lose baby weight fast! These tips have worked for me - my husband recently told me I have a "popstar ass" - so that has motivated me to share my advice... I hope it helps you also. Read on to see how you too can look hot after babies!
Continue nursing - if you are nursing, you really lose weight very rapidly and you can still enjoy an extra 500 calories daily.
Keep moving - new moms are given up to a year to get the weight off. However, whatever you do, don't allow let the weight settle.
No more white bread - whole wheat only or wholegrain.
No soda – avoid it like the plague and drink water only (or the odd glass of pure fruit juice, or sugar free). Water really is one of the major keys to weight loss – it breaks down the fat and flushes your body clean.
