A Cloudy Tale

The moon is dancing in the sky

Shining light that will not die

Clouds appear to cause a scene

The worst attention seeking I've ever seen.

Come on clouds don't be that way

This week you've been here every day

I hardly get to see the moon

And when I do she's gone too soon

You know I crave to see her full

Go find the rain go on the pull.

I say nothing when you steal the sun

Stop this now or we are done.

I love to see you in the sky

But I need the moon and you know why

Tomorrow let's go off together

And you can wear your favourite weather

We could head out and spend the day

Come on clouds what do you say?

It seems my efforts were in vain

Just to piss me off you made it rain.
