Remember that your extra weight is the final act of many small behavioral acts. These include such things as eating between meals or driving very short distances of a mile or less. For slow but sure weight loss add as many of the following little ways to lose weight into your daily activitys and daily life as you can. We say little because any single one of them won't make a lot of difference but all together they could make a earth shaking differnce in your life.

Lose Weight Now And Keep It Off By Following These Tips

1. Do your grocery shopping only on a full stomach. Nacho Chips , Doughnuts and the other things that tempt you won't tempt you near as much if you only do your grocery shopping on a full stomach.

2. Shop from a list that you have made before going to the grocery store. Make it your strict rule if its not on the list it does not go into your buggy.

3. Invite your spouse or a close friend into the kitchen when your preparing meals and cleaning up to keep you from sampling as you go.

4. Don't keep your weakness food in stock in your kitchen or pantry. Make your self go to get it and then just don't go get it.

5. Remove all your stashed foods from the house. Candy Bars in the computer desk drawer. Nut bowl from the tv table etc. Instead keep out a bowl of fruit and teach your self to eat fruit when you want a snack.

6. Do not drink any soda's but diet soda. Yes you can drink diet soda. If you can't drink water or unsweetened tea instead. Its better for you.

7. Eat only at meal time. Never at any other time.

8. Chew each bite of food at least 10 times.

9. Mom may have said always eat everything on your plate. But instead do the opposite. Try to leave part of your food on the plate. If its hard pour it in the trash or disposal. Don't save it to come back to later.

10. Don't skip meals. You'll just eat more later.

11. Take the stairs when ever possible.

12. If you are going a mile or less in your car walk. Later on make it two miles or less and then three miles or less. Walk. You don't have to jog just teach yourself to do a lot more walking in your life.

13. Plan a activity that will involve walking or exercise on every day you are off from work. Play golf , Putt Putt Golf , Walk Thru The Zoo etc. And have only small snacks of fruit and water.

14. Learn that its okay to say " No Thank You " when people offer you food.

15. Keep plenty of vegetable sticks in the fridge and learn to eat them with out the ranch dressing.

16. Switch your salad dressing to vinegar and oil.

17. If your heath allows buy a Bicycle and start to ride it on your day or days off. Even get to the point where eventually you ride it to work at least part of the time.

18. Broiled Fish , Broiled Shrimp and meals with out bread should become part of your regular diet.

Now as I said before by their self each of those little tips may not make you lose a lot of weight but all together you may lose all the weight you want to and more.
