Every night as we sleep we dream hundreds and sometimes thousands of dreams as our brain tries to interpret our experiences of the day. Whether or not we remember them is a whole different story. I dream vividly, and often remember the dreams I have-as crazy as they may be. Often our worries and fears are reflected in our dreams also.
