A Poem for HubPages

Dear HubPages;
I just had to write you this note
Which I happened to have 3x rewrote
I am 4 months young to your club
And learn a bit more with each passing Hub
Despite the number of written pages
My score fluctuates in endless stages
I am truly as busy as a bee
Trying to capsule correctly
Just when I think I aced my part
I find in doubt I'm right back at the start
I'm impatient at best
I don't know about the rest
Reading and comments
Edits and contents
Forums and Fans
Ads and brands
Preview and hit publish
Watch stats in rubbish
Wait and wait
Maybe admin is just late
Surely I deserve an eighty
Even a ninety maybe
I'm growing into a community
With great talent and friendly Hubtivity
I admit it here and now
I'm obsessed with my scores, and I don't know how
Maybe it's my indicator of my talent today
Or the one I'm striving for soon someday
50 Hubs now come and gone
Will 100 be far from now or long?
Fans and their own part
Is the reason each time I start
Does my public score tell a show
Do others judge and already know?
Many variables must dictate our fate
But which ones am I learning too late?
So my point is rather quite funny
This Newbie is clueless to money
Possibly could you include in our learnings
A video tutorial on how to make earnings
Hubpages, there is little I would change
And even less I'd rearrange
With the exception of this new page
Feel free to bonus my wage
I don't know who you are or where you sit
I just know with ya'll It feels like a perfect fit

Wow. Great poem for the team and us. You are now at 93, I'd say you are doing well. It takes about half a year to get any dough I reckon. Kudos for the original thought in poem.

I very much enjoyed this poem. I wouldn't worry about the scores. They are incomprehensible to me and I'm a hardcore baseball statistician! :-)

I think it's impossible for us new hubbers to ignore stats and scores, no matter what the veterans tell us. My hubber score dropped to 88-89 most of last week, then a day ago overnight shot up to 92, then in 4-6 hours back down to 88.
