As I am looking for the best resignation letter that can somehow help me make one, I have formed this idea. I just came up to THIS IDEA. What if a resignation letter be composed of the following:

Dear Boss,

It's been five years since I entered this prestigious company... and now, effective immediately I am ending my service due to the following reasons:

1) I am not properly compensated - Since the time I was hired until now, the company hasn't given me an increase in salary. Though I know, I am doing my best effort to fulfill my duties and responsibilities. Well, in fact even if it's not mine, I am making the best effort. Only a wish that the company can make my little salary increased.

2) Zero Benefits - For almost three years the company is deducting my "so-called" benefits without remitting the contributions to the concerned agencies.F---! Such a corrupt management. Where could the money be?

3) NO Salary increase plus the Delaying of it - You are always delaying my little salary. You would always say, "we have zero collection, no money." But when the Chairman asked for it, OMG, the money seems like a thunder flashing only for you to give. The hell is your management, and delaying tactics.

4) Crab Mental - You have a mentality that simply destroys your team mates. You are like joining a reality show that is, you will do everything just to win the game. And you are the leading among them.

5) You don't know the Business - You' re not oriented about the type of the businesses that you are entering with. All you know is that you are the bosses of those. Are you really familiar to handle those? I don't think so. Where is you experience?

6) You hate good people - You don't like good people. Because you have this "insecurity" that I think you didn't know about. The feeling that somebody can be ahead of you. Sad to say I'm one of those. Those that you hate about.

7) You don't have benefits to me - Honestly, you're not helping me grow. You are helping me to grow my debts. That, because of this debts, I am now creeping. That, because of this I am now creeping, and hiding all my obligations.

It's been five years, and I am now broke.

Thanks to you, anyway.

Sincerely,

John Cruz

How is the boss going to react on this letter, on this resignation letter. I have been to many jobs, been in a human resource department but never seen like this one. Most of the resignation letter would come in a formal way. Where one is thanking the company for the better opportunity, such would be wishing the best for the company, and so many other good reasons. But probably, the real reason behind this resignation is that, they encounter management problems, little salary, no benefits, corrupt managers and so other negative feelings about their jobs, right?

I just wonder, What if "a resignation letter" be like this one.
