A STRATEGIC DIET CONTROL PROGRAMME FOR HAVING YOUTH LOOKING

Diet control is seen, nowadays, among most of our people who want to maintain good health and youth looking. Breakfast, Lunch, Evening snacks with Tea and Dinner are four important parts of our daily food habit. Temptation to eat more food and eating snacks in untime are some of the bad habits which are persisting as challenge in the life of many people who are trying to control their food habit. Every day we should follow correct and scheduled times for taking our food. For instance, if we delay our breafast it may affect our lunch time. In case we lose our healthy lunch it is nothing but a draw back of our good health.
Breakfast
When we start our diet control we can feel that it's easy in morning times with less temptations. But many of our people are doing a great mistake by taking excess food, some times oily foods, as their breakfast. This bad habit will certainly affect their lunch. Taking required quantity of food as breakfast with good involvement of eating and feeling of taste will be helpful to enjoy the lunch successfully. 8:30 AM to 9 AM ( Indian Standard Time ) is correct and advisable time for taking our breakfast.
Lunch
After the completion of breakfast advisable time for having our lunch is 1 PM to 1:30 PM. Here also many people are missing to take the correct quantity of food and vegetables as their lunch. When people are taking food excessively in both breakfast and lunch they will certainly meet some health problems like indigestion and over body weight. Taking excess food will lead to the missing of smart and young looking. We every one have to learn by experience what is the amount of food and vegetables actually needed by our body in our daily life.
Evening Snacks with Tea
The hours between Lunch and Dinner are certainly crucial time for the most of people who are willing to control their diet. Somebody might have the bad habit of crunching and chewing the snacks just 2 or 3 hours after finishing their lunch. This is cent per cent bad habit which spoil our total idea of having good body health. Actually to enjoy sweets and snacks we have to give a time gap of at least 4 to 4.5 hours from when we take our lunch. In other words we have to give a time gap for the digestion of food which we took as our lunch. Commonly 5 to 5:30 PM is the best time to have some snacks and tea. Here also we have to be careful about the quantity as well as the quality of sweets and snacks which we regularly take. We have to control ourself when we take oily sweets and snacks. When we fail to control our temptation to get more sweets and snacks we never get success in keeping our good health. We can choose our favorable sweets and snacks as we can find nowadays variety of them in the market. Chips, Biscuits and Boiled grams are better than oily ones.
For some people it seems very difficult to control their temptation and craving to evening snacks. If you had really enjoyed your lunch with adequate quantity of food and good feeling of taste, it would be easy to control your snacks. In other words you can have will power to control snacks by the good enjoyment of lunch. Because satisfaction is very important in case of diet control. To get satisfied with our food habit we should follow breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner in fixed timings.
In some cases controlling of diet would be sucessful by following strategy weekly once health programme of Oil Treatment by which we can increase feeling of taste, appetite and have satisfaction to get full diet control.
Dinner
8:30 TO 9 PM is the correct time for having dinner in our daily life. Most of our people are mistakenly adding butter milk, curd or ghee in their dinner. If you have curd, buttermilk or ghee in your dinner it will certainly affect the health of your next day's diet control programme. Adequate quantity food as your dinner is also very important to assure your sound and healthy sleep. If you are careless about the quantity of food in dinner you may be suffering from lack of sleep.
Food things having high Claorific value are good for diet control
Apart fro all these things we can select food things in high calorific value. We can reduce the quantity of food by selecting such food things. Fried fish, Omelets, Bread with jam, Chips and some fruits like mangoes, apples are having high calorific value which can be taken in less quantity to have good health and smart looking.

Dear Jyoti, Thanks for visiting this Hub ! You can eat but need to follow the correct timings to maintain our health. Here I am mainly concerning about frequent chewing of snacks which can be considered as the worst habit commonly found among many people.
