Vitamin B5 - It is also called Pantothenic acid. It is essential to generate energy from proteins, fats and carbohydrate. It has the ability to solve skin problems such as acne. It is usually found in animals meats and dark green vegetables.
Vitamin B6 - It is known as Pyridoxine. It maintains the operation of muscles and nervous system. It is typically found in buts, meat and vegetables
Vitamin B9 - It is called folic acid and is used for regeneration of news cells. It is provides protection against brain diseases such as Alzheimer's disease and heart-related diseases. It is vital for the development of the fetus in the womb. Hence pregnant women are highly recommended to have ample intake of folic acid. It is found in beans, nuts and green leafy vegetables.

Vitamin C - It has no other unique names. But it is the vitamin that protects the body from illness. It is usually found in citrus food such as oranges, limes and lemon.
Vitamin D - It is known as the sunshine vitamin. Can be produced by the human body by standing in the sun. Vitamin D is needed for our teeth and bones. It is vital for women who are over fifty and children. It can be found in diary products and fatty fishes such as salmon.
Vitamin E- It is an antioxidant. It helps to prevent cancer and protect our body cells. It can be found in whole grain products, spinach and nutty products.
Vitamin H - It is known as biotin. It is needed for overall body functions and to maintain our health. Vitamin H can be produced in the human intestines. It can be found in whole grains, cereals and green vegetables.
Vitamin K - It is know as Phytonadione. It assists in clotting of blood and maintain the heart and the brain as well as formation of bones. It can be found in dark green leafy vegetables. It is not suitable for patients on blood thinning medications.
Vitamin P - It is known as Bioflavonoid and is a cancer prevention vitamin. It is found in fruits, tea extracts and red wines.
