A day late and a buck short
54Yesterday was interesting...
My Rolls for Your Dough launched yesterday... what that means? I'm not sure. I think I wanted a date to start the diets and give people time to prepare and have those "last meals". What it means now is that there are a lot of conversations that need to be had.
I was a wreck yesterday. I injured my foot on Saturday- jumping a fence. Just landed wrong, nothing cool or tricky. Sunday I played soccer while in pretty extreme pain... leaving myself in more pain for Monday. Yep... Monday I couldn't stand or walk for more than a few minutes at a time, plus I started that thing that reminds me I'm a woman every month. That was fun. Good times.
So, here I am chipper as can be... letting y'all know we've launched and I missed you yesterday!!! :) I gained weight for this project so that I could have a higher starting weight and I lowered my goal weight. Gaining weight has taken so much out of me. I feel drained of lots of my energy and I've checked out of life in order to have the weight come on. I now have 33 pounds to lose and a new promise to make. I promised 3 months ago that I would be at my ideal this month and I obviously played a different game since I gained instead.
My re-promise: By February 10th I will be approximately 115lbs (it may vary depending on muscle gain and what I look like in the mirror). My starting weight is 148lbs. I also promise that by that time, I will have at least 30 gyms, facilities/ weigh-in centers, and/or programs on board with this ginormous project. Any other help we can get would be awesome and I'll be your best friend!! I'm still a bit delirious and in pain... sorry ;)
