Mesothelioma, the next step?

As a family the struggles with the realization of a cancer that was brought about 30 years ago was hard to get a handle on. Finding a way to get through day to day with mesothelioma has come about with reading allot of information from everywhere. The hospital and health issues have been pretty much solved and will be taken care of. The Mayo clinic was a great help and has this beatiful setting and people to work with that puts your mind at ease.

Now comes the part that everyone says you have to do, get a lawyer. Although I am angry that this all happened to dad and at the time he didn't know, they say we can sue the company and manufacturers, as they are liable.  Knowing what to do and where to go is our question now. The web has been a great source of information and I hope it can also help in finding the end solution as the medical bills are rising.
