A Rose...

Have you ever stopped to look at a rose? I usually don't take the time. However, a rose is very unique, much like humans. A rose can be very soft and delicate, just as we humans have our soft and delicate emotions. A rose, starts as a bud, with the petals, covering the deepest part of its core. The stem with its thorns has a different level of protection provided by nature. Just like the rose that is budding we also have our covering, our Motherly figures that guide and protect us.

There are many shades and colors. We are all precious Roses under God's Rainbow. It really doesn't matter what color the "rose" is on the outside. It is still very unique and precious on the inside, still full of individuality. The next time you pass by a "rose" and it doesn't appear to be having a good day, Stop and take the time to smile and let them know someone cares, you never know that rose might just bloom a little more and provide a little glow for someone else!

That's a great thought, bldskr. I wish people would spend more time experiencing their lives, and less time trying to determine what's "good" and what's "bad."Keep on Hubbing!
