For mild cases of motion sickness, over-the-counter remedies have been proven useful. Most of these medications are antihistamines, and dimenhydrinate appears to be the most effective of this class. The use of nonpharmacologic remedies, such as ingesting ginger supplements and applying acupressure to the wrists, is only supported by anecdotal reports and awaits confirmation with clinical studies.

Anticholinergic drug scopolamine is the most effective treatment to prevent motion sickness. This prescription medication, available in both tablet and topical form, is particularly useful for people who suffer moderate to severe symptoms.

Other ways of avoiding are:

a.Look at a far oof or distant object.

b.Avoid rear seat in a car

c.Avoid sudden brakes and moving sidewards in a car

d.Fresh air is good

e.Avoid hard to digest foods

f.Try to make frequent stops in your drive.

These are some of the tips to drive without motion sickness
