Istria

General information for your holiday in Istria!

The advertising slogan: "Croatia - a small country for a great holiday" applies to a very large extent on the country part of Istria. Here again, Porec, Rovinj, Umag, Pula and Rabac are among the most popular resorts. Other places in Istria is coming quickly. The extent of the tourist offer we may be surprised and delighted. This applies to virtually all of Istria!

In Porec, Umag, Rovinj, Pula and Rabac are certainly the most and the best lodging options of all kinds, from simple, family-friendly, cheap hotels to luxury hotels, despite all the comforts are still relatively inexpensive. Other recreational centers have well-tightened ".

Highly recommended are the many resorts in Savudrija, Umag, Rovinj, Pula and elsewhere in Istria.

The numerous well-equipped apartments and villas in Istria, and beautifully situated and very tidy campsites (for nudists) round out the offerings.

Food is sometimes cheaper than in other Eu countries or similar in price. The prices in the hotels, resorts and private homes are also regarded as favorable. In the restaurants you can eat and drink normally very favorable. The beaches are mainly free, first, second, clean, well maintained spacious, even and especially for families with children, highly recommended! Clean sea, little algae and virtually no "monsters" such as Sea urchin or jellyfish.

Culturally and in Istria "especially valuable" are Porec, Rovinj, Pula and the ancient town of Labin (located at Rabac!) That should be forgotten under any circumstances visit. Outside the town of Porec is a charming and accessible cave only a few years of astonishing size and high cultural value. Even connoisseurs will find the perfect restaurant for them. So my holiday recommendation: ISTRIA!

The following text is not mentioned in the above places in Istria are also worth a visit: Pula, Barbariga, Fazana, Funtana, Medulin, Medulin, Novigrad, Peroj, Premantura, Rabac, Vrsar.
