ADP Buys Employease

ADP is in the process of buying Employease. Employease makes a software as a service product for on demand payroll and HR management services.

The two companies were working closely together in a partnership where Employease offered hosted HR services to customers of ADP. This is a classic acquisition where Employease must have done an excellent job servicing the partnership. So much so that ADP bought them. No word on the price, but congrats to Employease.

The thing I find most interesting about this acquisition is how ADP will culturally integrate with Employease. I think that will be the toughest part.
