The description says they fit the original iPhone, but the plugin does not work. I do not know whether it should be a adapter or so in the box, but in any case that does not match the product description.

In addition, the sound is very disappointing. At least with the music, I have tried the sound is very "closed". I felt like I was in a room far too small, and the speakers were of the wall on the other side! I am looking for a second pair of headphones to complement my awesome but 9 years MDRCD1700 Sony Digital Reference headphones.

I hoped when I ordered the 272, but I thought better for the price and turned the series. In the same order I also got some of the less expensive "folding" set AKG, and while the sound is not as nice as the two CD1700 is pretty decent for the size and price.
