After announcing special $4 or $5 ticket prices for morning movies this summer, AMC has announced an even better deal for all movies times Monday through Thursday – Half Price Tickets! There are some restrictions for holidays, IMAX and 3D features, etc. but you can’t beat the price if you have to see a current release!

When you leave the theatre, don’t through away those ticket stubs. Join the AMC MovieWatcher program to earn free movie tickets. (The card will take a month to receive in the mail, but the ticket stubs can be used to get you a few steps closer to that free ticket.

With the recession, I’ve had difficultly finding pricing relief at the theatre. Cinemark allows you to sign up for their special email program, but I have yet to see any one else discounting like AMC. Furthermore, additional AMC discount programs exist.
