Join us for ATA Family Martial Arts' Fall Open House! If you have had an interest in the martial arts but didn't know where to start, why not check us out for free! We will be offering several workshops including children's and women's self defense classes, as well as a Krav Maga Self defense class. In addition there will be a ProShop clearance sale and Swap Meet which is great for stocking up on gear, and several booths to get more information about Taekwando classes, Cardio Kickboxing classes, Mona Vie, Jeja and MAC. We'll also have an obstacle course for the kids, prize drawings, pizza and lots of other excitement and fun for this event.

We are located in the King Soopers shopping center at Arapahoe Road and Forest Street. Come take a class! The workshop schedule is as follows:

Journey of the Steal Proof Master (10:15-11:15 am)

-designed to give children the ability to recognize danger before it becomes physical

Kidz 'N Power (11:30 am -12:15 pm)

-teaches kids some simple self defense techniques that can be used against an adult to momentarily disable the adult and give them time to escape and get help

Women's Self Defense (10:00-11:00am)

-a one hour assertiveness self defense course

Krav Maga Self Defense Class (11:00 am - 12:00 pm)

-Self Defense System of the Israeli Defense Forces and Numerous Law Enforcement Agencies throughout the U.S.
