What existing customers say about AT&T
The $1 fee for making a call is just expensive, especially since the per minute rate is not very good. 11-2008
When I do call for support (for any AT&T branded service) I have
never dealt with a company that seemed less concerned about my issues
or the desire to keep me as a customer. The consistent answer for all
lines of service by the big blue death star seems to be "Deal with it". 06-2009
Summary
If you have chosen to use a prepaid phone, ATT might not be the best option.
