AVOID SWEETS BEFORE LUNCH

Sweets and snacks are only suitable for evening times. Please don't
take them after breakfast or just before lunch. Taking a chocolate also
would affect our lunch. No problem will occur when we take sweets just
after finishing the lunch or in evening times. Fruit jams and breads in
morning times won't affect our health. We have to control milk and oil
sweets, chocolates, coffee and tea few hours or just before lunch.
Taking vitamins in evening times is giving
better results than taking them in any other times. Taking vitamins
in morning times would possibly affect our hungry. Taking them
in night times affect our good sleep.
