It's no secret that Google is the premier place to search for things on the interent. Whether it's products, people or places, Google is where you go to find one thing....information! So if you can understand how Google views your site, blog or articles, you should rank higher and get more traffic. Cuz after all, you want people to see what you're all about, otherwise you wouldn't publish anything on the interent. Or, maybe you would....who knows.

The bottom line is that you want your stuff to be picked up by the Google search engines, and then ranked nice and high....first page at least!

So how do you do that?

There are free ways that have been discussed, and I'll give you another tip on how to rank higher in a second.

Ok, so enough about that. Here's another tip to get noticed by Google....

Google loves content that is relevant! You may be wondering what that means...and that's fine. To achieve a higher Google page rank, you need to have relevant content. Relevance means either linking to sites that relate to what your site, blog or article promotes...OR...using terms that are relevant to your keywords and phrases.

Let's say I'm talking about "dog training" on my blog. I would want to link that blog to other dog training websites or resources. See how you're providing relevant content to your reader? Well, you will be rewarded for doing that with a higher Google page rank! And, it's really not that hard!

The other method is to use terms within your article or site that have to do with your keyword phrase. Let's use dog training again....you should be talking about things like collars, leashes and crates. Now, you aren't limited to just that type of stuff, but use good common sense!

If you're talking about dog training, then don't get off subject and start blabbing about adopting a dog, or finding a breeder. Stay focused on your keyword phrase, and you'll get that higher Google page rank. Like I said, it's a little reward for providing good, quality, relevant content.

So, become Google's best friend! Provide them with good stuff, and they'll help you out! Achieving a higher Google page rank can be difficult, but not impossible. Remember, it may not happen over night, so be patient.
