get flat abbs fast
65If you need to get flat abbs fast, then dont leave here until you have read this. I won't be recommending the most common abb exercise routines that we see so often with crunches, situps, leg lifts, etc... I like to provide my readers with better options for metabolism-boosting high intensity workouts that work the entire body while still working the abbs.
I'm about to show you an example of this today from one of my favorite ways to get flat abbs, the workout that doesn't involve any direct abb exercises at all. The arrangement is in a tri-set format (alike a super-set but includes switching between 3 exercises).
Here goes
A good rep scheme to use would be 3-4 sets of 8 reps for each exercise, or more sets for less reps, such as 5 sets of 6 reps of each exercise. Mountain climbers can also be done with a time interval (such as 30 seconds) instead of "reps".
Front Squats with Barbell (Get flat abbs fast)
The front squat is done very similar to a back squat, accept with the barbell in front of your body and front of your shoulders instead of resting on the upper back as in back squats. You balance the barbell on your shoulders by crossing your arms and pushing your fists into the bar against your shoulders while keeping the elbows out in front of your body. This will take a bit of practice at first, so you might want to seek a professional trainer at your gym who can help you with the form. Front squats demand extreme stabilization strength from your abbs due to the weight of the barbell being shifted to the front of the body instead of the back. Though you might think this is mostly a leg exercise, you'll really feel it in the abbs big time!
Mountain Climbers on Floor (Get flat abbs fast)
Mountain climbers require you to adopt a pushup position and then shuffling you feet in and out so your knees are up under your chest and then back to the starting position. It’s sort of like climbing a mountain but on the floor. If you want to advance this, you can by shuffling your hands by about 10 inches forwards and backwards as well as the leg movements. Incorporating this will make it a full body workout and is MUCH more difficult than the standard mountain climbers.
Renegade Dumbbell Rows (Get flat abbs fast)
The renegade dumbbell row is done by getting into the pushup position with the hands on 2 dumbbells. Row one dumbbell up while balancing your body with the other arm. Lower the dumbbell back to the ground and change the rowing arm while balancing with the opposite arm. This stabilizing effect during each row creates an incredible workout your entire midsection core area. Trust me.... you'll feel this in the abbs!
After finishing each exercise, you should rest for 30 seconds and then start the next one. Rest for about 1-2 minutes after each “tri-set” is completed before repeating.
This will be one of the best abdominal exercises you’ve ever experienced, and without even doing any direct abb exercises. You'll know what I mean after you try it and see finally see those flat abbs!
