8. There are approximately 3 hours of videos to watch each day for grades K-6, but they are broken down in to 15-20 minute intervals.

9. You can call in or email any questions you can’t answer for the student.

10. You receive all books with the program and can get a refund within 30 days for any unused material if you don’t like it.
